Attitude Fitness Open House Event

Join Attitude Fitness on Thursday April 25th for a special open house event where we will be premiering our new boxing class, Boxervate Conditioning, which ties the fundamental techniques of boxing with motivation. This class will be held on the 7th floor rooftop pool deck.

We are also promoting our new Tola Yoga class. Created by fitness and yoga master, Rich Tola, all students from beginner to advanced are challenged with a well-balanced class comprised of five equal parts: yoga stretches, abdominals, balancing, core strengthening and foundation poses. Every Tola Yoga workout focuses on precision of posture and alignment and is committed to keeping you strong, flexible and injury-free. This class will be held in the Exercise Studio.

 

Date and time:

·         Thursday April 25th, 5 PM to 8 PM.

Classes: 

·         Tola Yoga - 5:15 PM

·         Boxervate Conditioning - 6:15 PM

 

No guest fees!

Members can bring guests for free all week! (21st through the 27th)
