Power Yoga

This yoga practice moves quickly and powerfully through poses focusing not only on building flexibility but also strength. If you’ve been practicing for a while and want to step up your yoga game, this class is for you.


Sunrise Yoga

Vinyasa style yoga uses breath synchronization techniques and a continuous flow of postures to get you through your week. Build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. 


Attitude Happy Hour

A happy combination of cardio, core, and one additional muscle group which changes from class to class. One week it could be shoulders, the next week, it might be glutes. You’ll never get tired of the fun variety this class offers!


Attitude Skill

Attitude’s newest and most efficient workout format yet! Combine your cardio and strength in one 25 minute workout that will blast away calories and build your strength all while toning the body. Incorporating the use of the Technogym Skill Line, this small group training class will ramp up results and have you feeling changes after just one class!

Attitude Sculpt

Attitude’s very own combination of strength, high energy cardio, core, and balance postures. These are all the components you need to tone up and gain lean muscle mass. Knock out your cardio and strength in one class with 40 Minutes of Hi/Lo interval training followed by 10 minutes of core work all while moving to the rhythm of heart-pumping music. 


Attitude H.I.I.T.

Let us take you through the most diverse workout on the schedule. This class contains different stations every time you take it making it easier for you to get the results you work so hard to get. Stations involve combinations of upper and lower body movements, bodyweight exercises and cardio moves using a 45:15 second work to rest ratio. Come get it!


Absolute Abs

Give us 25 minutes and we will burn fat and strengthen your core by doing a collection of abdominal and core exercises to give you the sculpted abs you are looking for.  Utilizing balls and bands to bring out the six-pack in everybody.


Mixed Yoga

A combination of Vinyasa style yoga and power by synchronizing the breath and a continuous flow of postures to get you through your work week. Build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind.

Tola Yoga

Tola Yoga is a modern-day style of yoga that stretches and strengthens every muscle in your body from head to toe. Created by fitness and yoga master, Rich Tola, all students from beginner to advanced are challenged with a well-balanced class comprised of five equal parts: yoga stretches, abdominals, balancing, core strengthening and foundation poses. Every Tola Yoga workout focuses on precision of posture and alignment and is committed to keeping you strong, flexible and injury-free.

Boxervate Conditioning

Boxervate is about training like a fighter in order to reach your goals both physical and mentally. We use a large range of  methods in training such as calisthenics, plyometrics and high intensity training mixed with boxing to help in rapid weight loss, muscle development and overall optimum health. In your quest to look and feel your best it's important that you master new challenges. Boxervate is that challenge!  


Animal Flow

Animal Flow® is an innovative fitness program that combines quadrupedal and ground-based movement with elements from various bodyweight-training disciplines to create a fun, challenging workout emphasizing multi-planar, fluid movement.

Maja Zimmerman

Maja is a Swiss born and US trained professional Yoga Instructor with more than 15 years of experience. She received her training at Los Angeles Center for Yoga in Larchmont in 2001 and has been teaching group and private classes at yoga studios, spas, and corporate facilities in the US and abroad ever since. Maja has organizedand led 10 yoga retreats and speaks four languages including English, German, French and basic Spanish.

Christina Brewer

Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Christina has always been involved in entertainment since the age of 4. She took ballet and tap classes at an early age and fell in love with dance. In college, she graduated with a Bachelor Arts degree in Dance. After college, she began her journey as a performer for Disney Cruise Line playing the character, Princess Tiana. She was able to travel around the world and train with teachers from Toronto Circus School of Arts. After completing four contracts with Disney Cruise Line, she came back to Los Angeles. Her love for fitness led her to obtain certifications as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer through American Council on Exercise. Her love for yoga led her to train and receive her 200 hour certification at YogaWorks, and is currently a registered yoga teacher through the Yoga Alliance. She loves to teach and have fun with her students. And she always encourages her students to be brave and courageous not only with their workouts but also with life. Her motto after her classes is, “You’re stronger today than you were yesterday. “

Rich Tola

Born and raised in Trenton, New Jersey, Rich has been passionate about health and fitness since he began bodybuilding as a teenager at Man’s World Gym. His two mottos, Another Day - Another Workout and Strong Body - Clear Mind, represent his belief that everyone on the planet should respect themselves with a daily fitness program including cardio, weight-training and yoga. From Investment Banker to Entertainer/Yogi, Rich has traveled the globe and seen it all. Since becoming a Certified Yoga Instructor in 2006, Rich has taught more than 30,000 students in over 2,500 yoga classes throughout the United States. Upon completing his yoga-inspired film, Boulevard Zen, he founded The Boulevard Zen Foundation to teach the benefits of yoga to women and children survivors of domestic violence. While teaching in Chicago in 2016, Rich created his vinyasa-based fitness style of Tola Yoga, designed to give you the most effective and well-balanced yoga workout in the world.

Woodie Hamilton

Harwood Hamilton ( Woodie) has 19 yrs. as a boxing trainer, managing the world famous Central Boxing Club of Phoenix AZ where he assisted in such camps as former World Heavyweight Champion Mike Tyson, World Champion Fernando Vargas and Olympic Gold Medalist and former World Champion Vassily Jirov. Harwood also fought on the Tough Man circuit for a total of four years.

Jamie Lynn Hughes

Jamie’s career in fitness began in 2011 with her entry into a regional Fitness Universe competition. That competition began a love for fitness which led Jamie to completely alter the trajectory of her career. She became a trainer that same year and has since amassed an impressive competitor resume which includes twelve Top-5 placings and five as first runner-up to the Ms. Bikini title. In 2014, Jamie earned her designation as a Ms. Bikini Universe Pro competitor. In addition to her expertise in changing physique, Jamie also has extensive experience in performance enhancement. She is the previous owner of a CrossFit box in Texas, previous owner of a successful event management company for independent CrossFit competitions, and a former pro-sports dancer/cheerleader.

Jamie has a special affinity for training those who consider themselves either absolute beginners or “lost causes” who’ve lost belief in their ability to be in control of their health.

Specifically, Jamie specializes in physique transformation and fine-tuning of aesthetic goals, flexibility and movement/mobility, nutrition, and assistance with goals, habits, and lifestyle change.

Princeton Tate

Princeton is a firm believer in the mental and physical benefits of exercise; building a stronger and more enthusiastic mind and body. He enjoys engaging and connecting with his clients, motivating them to get the most out of their trainings. With a background in coaching basketball, he takes an athletic approach to educating and encouraging his clients. His upbeat, efficient, and intense training style leaves his clients feeling and looking superior. Currently a youth basketball coach for the Los Angeles Clippers, Princeton has been playing basketball himself for many years.
