Our accomplished and motivating instructors will give you the energy, focus and attitude to begin or end your day with the latest studio classes. Attitude Fitness offers express classes to ensure you get on with your busy life and still fit in a great workout.  We keep our classes small to give you a fun and personalized workout that will help you maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Express classes are 25 minutes.  All other classes are 50 minutes.

Power Yoga

This yoga practice moves quickly and powerfully through poses focusing not only on building flexibility but also strength. If you’ve been practicing for a while and want to step up your yoga game, this class is for you.


Sunrise Yoga

Vinyasa style yoga uses breath synchronization techniques and a continuous flow of postures to get you through your week. Build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. 


Attitude Moves

Never get bored in this super high-energy, cardio-intense, calorie-blasting dance class to the current Top 40 tunes. This explosive workout is all about the hottest current dance moves choreographed to the hottest beats, with some boot camp exercises mixed in! Let go of all inhibitions and let the sounds move you!


Attitude Skill

Attitude’s newest and most efficient workout format yet! Combine your cardio and strength in one 25 minute workout that will blast away calories and build your strength all while toning the body. Incorporating the use of the Technogym Skill Line, this small group training class will ramp up results and have you feeling changes after just one class! 

$10/class for members.

Attitude Sculpt

Attitude’s very own combination of strength, high energy cardio, core, and balance postures. These are all the components you need to tone up and gain lean muscle mass. Knock out your cardio and strength in one class with 40 Minutes of Hi/Lo interval training followed by 10 minutes of core work all while moving to the rhythm of heart-pumping music. 


Attitude H.I.I.T.

Let us take you through the most diverse workout on the schedule. This class contains different stations every time you take it making it easier for you to get the results you work so hard to get. Stations involve combinations of upper and lower body movements, bodyweight exercises and cardio moves using a 45:15 second work to rest ratio. Come get it!


Absolute Abs

Give us 25 minutes and we will burn fat and strengthen your core by doing a collection of abdominal and core exercises to give you the sculpted abs you are looking for.  Utilizing balls and bands to bring out the six-pack in everybody.


Stretch and Flex

The average workout regimen lacks structured recovery, leading to discomfort and injury. With this class you will be led through effective stretch and recovery techniques which will help you heal from and prevent injuries as well as resolve muscle imbalance and mobility issues which can inhibit your workout performance and results. Enjoy a relaxing 25 minutes with soothing music led by an experienced mobility expert while learning how to perform your own warm-up and cool-down properly.

Maja Zimmerman

Maja is a Swiss born and US trained professional Yoga Instructor with more than 15 years of experience. She received her training at Los Angeles Center for Yoga in Larchmont in 2001 and has been teaching group and private classes at yoga studios, spas, and corporate facilities in the US and abroad ever since. Maja has organizedand led 10 yoga retreats and speaks four languages including English, German, French and basic Spanish.

Christina Brewer

Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Christina has always been involved in entertainment since the age of 4. She took ballet and tap classes at an early age and fell in love with dance. In college, she graduated with a Bachelor Arts degree in Dance. After college, she began her journey as a performer for Disney Cruise Line playing the character, Princess Tiana. She was able to travel around the world and train with teachers from Toronto Circus School of Arts. After completing four contracts with Disney Cruise Line, she came back to Los Angeles. Her love for fitness led her to obtain certifications as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer through American Council on Exercise. Her love for yoga led her to train and receive her 200 hour certification at YogaWorks, and is currently a registered yoga teacher through the Yoga Alliance. She loves to teach and have fun with her students. And she always encourages her students to be brave and courageous not only with their workouts but also with life. Her motto after her classes is, “You’re stronger today than you were yesterday. “

Princeton Tate

Princeton is a firm believer in the mental and physical benefits of exercise; building a stronger and more enthusiastic mind and body. He enjoys engaging and connecting with his clients, motivating them to get the most out of their trainings. With a background in coaching basketball, he takes an athletic approach to educating and encouraging his clients. His upbeat, efficient, and intense training style leaves his clients feeling and looking superior. Currently a youth basketball coach for the Los Angeles Clippers, Princeton has been playing basketball himself for many years.

Jessica Kang

From growing up in Texas as a tomboy watching football to living in Los Angeles teaching yoga for the last 10 years and still watching football, I've tried all the fitness crazes since having moved to L.A. and discovered Yoga by accident over 20 years ago and it's been love at first breath. I truly believe in the magic and power of a consistent yoga practice and how it can transform one's life. I'm proof of that! My classes are centered around breath with movement as well as safe alignment cues to give everyone, regardless of their level, a fun and challenging practice.

Sydney Benner

Teaching a diverse array of fitness classes, Sydney specializes in barre, yoga and functional fitness. She is the creator of the new fitness craze, Flight and founder of the blog Benner Fit. In partnership with Lionsgate BeFit, she is able to share her passion for a healthy lifestyle. She has been featured in multiple DVD's including YogaFit and Bob Harper from NBC's The Biggest Loser.
